高中是一个人成长的重要阶段,也是学生学业成绩分化明显的阶段,许多中考成绩并不突出的学生经过高中三年会在高考中脱颖而出,也有不少中考成绩优秀的学生在高考中黯然失色。这些学生成绩的分化是怎样发生的?是三年匀速变化,还是存在一个学业成绩变化幅度更大的学年?为寻找这个关键学年,笔者随机选取了本校50位高中教师和校领导,对他们进行了走访调查,中心问题就是“学生在高中三年的哪一学年成
High school is an important stage of personal growth. It is also an obvious stage of differentiation of students’ academic performance. Many students who do not have outstanding senior high school entrance examinations stand out in the college entrance examination after being admitted to high school for three years.
