研究目的:本文通过对定向运动这一新兴项目进行全面和客观分析,试图从中找出定向运动在中小学整个开展过程中所存在的问题,并提出相应解决方案和措施,以期为我国中小学定向运动全面开展提供参考。研究方法:本文主要采用文献资料调研、逻辑分析法以及现代管理学常采用的SWOT分析方法。研究结果:对定向运动的优势(Strength)、劣势(Weakness)、机遇(Opportunity)和挑战(Threat)进行客观分析与描述,并用SWOT矩阵分析方法得出了SO-发展型战略(依靠内部优势和利用外部机会)、WO-扭转型战略(利用外部机会弥补内部不足)、ST-进攻型战略(利用内部优势避免外部威胁)以及WT-防守型战略(减少内部劣势,同时避免外部威胁)四种战略方案,这四种方案是对定向运动在中小学开展的内部因素和外部因素的基础上总结归纳而来。四者之间互相弥补、互相促进,以达到完善定向运动在我国中小学有效开展的目的。研究结论:总体来讲,定向运动项目本身的优势大于劣势,外部机遇与挑战并存。作为新兴运动项目,目前发展迅速,具有很大的潜力,市场开发空间广阔。中小学校可根据现有的资源灵活开展各种定向运动,一方面政府部门从资金上支持,另一方面学校领导、教师要采取相应措施,找出适合本校开展的战略方案。只有形成多方的合力,定向运动才可能平稳发展。
The purpose of this study: Through a comprehensive and objective analysis of the emerging project of Orienteering, this paper attempts to find out the problems that Orienteering exists in the whole process of primary and secondary schools, and put forward corresponding solutions and measures to achieve the goal of primary and secondary schools in our country Campaign to provide a comprehensive reference. Research Methods: This article mainly uses literature research, logical analysis and SWOT analysis methods commonly used in modern management. Research results: objective analysis and description of the strengths, weaknesses (Weakness), Opportunity (Opportunities) and Threats of directional sports and SO-development strategy by SWOT matrix analysis (relying on internal advantages and (Using internal opportunities to make up for internal deficiencies), ST-aggressive strategies (using internal advantages to avoid external threats), and WT-defensive strategies (to reduce internal disadvantages while avoiding external threats) Strategic programs, these four programs are based on the orientation of the primary and secondary schools in the development of internal and external factors based on the summary. The four make up each other and promote each other in order to achieve the goal of improving orienteering effectively in primary and secondary schools in our country. Research conclusions: Generally speaking, the advantages of the Orienteering Project itself outweigh the disadvantages and the external opportunities and challenges coexist. As a new sports project, it is developing rapidly with great potential and ample space for market development. Primary and secondary schools can flexibly carry out various orienteering activities based on the existing resources. On the one hand, government departments support their funding. On the other hand, school leaders and teachers should take appropriate measures to find out suitable strategic solutions for their own schools. Only by forming a multi-faceted synergy can directional movement be smoothly developed.
