目的探讨回春汤对D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠血浆总抗氧化能力的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为空白组、衰老模型组、维生素E组、回春汤大、小剂量组5组,采用灌胃给药,6周后观察回春汤对小鼠血浆总抗氧化能力(TAC)的影响。结果回春汤能提高D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠的血浆总抗氧化能力。结论回春汤具有良好的抗氧化作用,有助于延缓衰老。
Objective To investigate the effect of Huichun Decoction on the total anti-oxidation ability of D-galactose induced aging mice. Methods The mice were randomly divided into blank group, aging model group, vitamin E group, Huichun Decoction group, and small dose group. The groups were administered by gastric gavage. After 6 weeks, the total antioxidant capacity of the mice plasma was observed (TAC). )Impact. [Results] The rejuvenating soup can increase the total anti-oxidation capacity of plasma in D-galactose aging model mice. Conclusion Huichun soup has good anti-oxidation effect and helps to delay aging.
