根据液压凿岩机冲击凿岩原理,确定了其工作时推进力的计算方法,在分析了液压凿岩机推进系统电液控制原理的基础上,提出了基于高速开关电磁阀控制的推进机构控制系统新方案.通过对该系统进行数学建模与控制策略分析,引入了模糊PID控制方法,并对其进行了严格的理论推导.通过计算机的仿真实验,论证了液压凿岩机电液推进控制系统在模糊PID控制器的作用下,能够很好地跟踪目标输出,为液压凿岩机推进系统的工程应用提供了理论依据.
According to the hydraulic rock drill impact drilling principle, the calculation method of propulsion force was established. Based on the analysis of electrohydraulic control principle of hydraulic rock drill propulsion system, a new control system of propulsion mechanism based on high speed switch solenoid valve was proposed. Through the mathematical modeling and control strategy analysis of the system, the fuzzy PID control method is introduced, and a rigorous theoretical derivation is carried out.Through the computer simulation, it is demonstrated that the electro-hydraulic propulsion control system of the hydraulic rock drill in the fuzzy PID controller , It can track the target output well and provide a theoretical basis for engineering application of hydraulic rock drilling machine propulsion system.
