社区党建工作是一项全新的非常重要的工作,是党建工作又一个新领域。首先,社会转型和体制改革使党员队伍构成、党员队伍的布局以及党组织的结构和布局发生重大变化。因而运用社区这个载体,建立覆盖全社区的党的工作网络,增强党的工作渗透力和影响力,已成为新形势下社区党建工作的一项重要任务。其次,社区党组织结构开始向网络化方向发展,要求打破传统党建条块分割的局面,整合社区内的所有党组织和党员,以不断提高社区党组织的凝聚力和战斗力。再次,脱离单位管理的党员面临党性自觉的挑战。
Party building in the community is a brand new and very important task and a yet another new area for party building. First of all, the social transformation and structural reforms have brought about a major change in the composition of the party members, the layout of the party members and the structure and layout of the party organizations. Therefore, it has become an important task for the party in the community to work under the new situation by using the community as a carrier, establishing a working network covering the whole community, and enhancing the infiltration and influence of the party’s work. Second, the structure of community party organizations began to develop in a networked way, demanding that the situation of dividing the traditional party building should be broken and that all party organizations and party members in the community should be integrated so as to continuously improve the cohesion and fighting power of community party organizations. Third, the party members who are separated from the unit management face the challenge of conscious party spirit.
