[目的]了解盐池县村卫生室现阶段建设的基本情况,为进一步提高贫困地区村卫生室卫生服务水平提供信息。[方法]采用分层抽样的方法对宁夏盐池县40所村卫生室建设情况进行问卷调查。[结果]村卫生室人员缺乏,现有村医学历低、基础知识测试水平差;村卫生室建筑面积小、医疗设备不全,且医疗区与生活区混在一起,所开展的基本医疗服务和公共卫生服务时不够规范。[结论]积极解决现有问题,对提高村卫生室的服务水平很重要。
[Objective] To understand the current situation of village clinics in Yanchi County and provide information for further improving the health services of village clinics in poor areas. [Method] The stratified sampling method was used to survey the construction of clinics in 40 villages in Yanchi County, Ningxia. [Results] There was a lack of staff in village clinics, low level of medical knowledge in existing villages and poor testing of basic knowledge. The construction area of village clinics was small, medical equipment was not complete, and the medical services and public areas were mixed with medical areas and living quarters Health services are not standardized. [Conclusion] Actively solving the existing problems is very important to improve the service level of village clinics.
