进入21世纪以来,可持续发展和节能减排,一直是当前我国政府致力去做的一项事情。煤炭产业虽然在我们建国初期对于国民经济的发展发挥过重要作用,但是在当前,煤炭企业高能耗,高污染已经影响到我国可持续发展战略的展开,粗放传统的生产管理方式使得煤炭企业成本支出很大,因此煤炭企业必须要调整传统落后的生产方式,做好企业自身的成本控制和成本管理工作,只有这样才能改善企业经营,提高企业经济效益,更好的促进企业稳步发展。
