我省解放以后,顺利而完整地接收了国民党官僚资本的工矿企业,生产很快地恢复了并正在不断的提高与发展中,同时从已建立了初步的保安制度。这是工矿企业部门很大的工作成绩。这些成绩的来源,主要由于广大职工与干部的努力,政治觉悟的提高,共产党、青年团、工会组织的建立与在人民政府的教育领导下发动了广大职工的积极性、创造性而取得的。今后仍然应该保持与发扬工人阶级的光荣革命传统,贯彻管理民主化的方针,创造新的劳动技术,提高劳动热情,为办好人民的工矿企业而努力。但同时我们广大的职工干部还要认识近来各地工矿企业部门中不断发生匪特有组织的造谣、爆炸、纵火、暗杀、偷盗、抢劫、破坏等严重事件,如果我们不认识这些破坏事件的严重性,它将使国家巨大资财遭受严重的捐损

In the future, we should still maintain and carry forward the glorious revolutionary tradition of the working class, implement the guideline of democratization, create new labor techniques, increase labor enthusiasm and work hard for the people’s industrial and mining enterprises. However, at the same time, our broad cadre of workers and staff must also recognize the serious incidents of rumors, explosions, arson, assassinations, theft, robbery and vandalism caused by the ongoing gangsters in industrial and mining enterprises and departments in various parts of the world. If we do not understand the seriousness of these sabotage cases, It will severely damage the country’s treasury
