案例一:北京 TPT 大厦(高科技写字楼)坐落于北京中关村地区的 TPT 大厦,由国际建筑设计大师赫尔佐格、德梅隆主持设计,其中生态智能系统设计由世界著名的德国超日建筑能量公司担纲。该建筑在创新建筑形象,塑造生态节能、舒适健康的办公环境方面有许多突破,落成后将是中国首栋采用高科技生态节能技术的大型办公建筑。一、采用第三代窗箱式装配玻璃幕墙,严控建造成本。TPT 大厦采用了第三代窗箱式装配玻璃幕墙。常用的外廊式双层玻璃幕墙,双层玻璃间距接近1米,且需要内外两层分别安装。而窗箱式装配玻璃幕墙,以单元构件模式工厂生产、工地组装,既可以缩短工期,又能够节省建筑面积,从而有效的降低了建造成本。
