近年来,随着我国社会经济的发展,煤炭开采业日益发展,煤矿采掘量也日益增多,但是随之而来的便是高发的煤矿安全事故,这无疑给政府的煤炭安全生产的管理敲响了警钟。冷静分析近年来事故高发的各种原因可以发现,煤矿安全生产管理人员的行政道德低下是其中很要命的问题。为此,笔者就行政道德建设入手,分析加强管理人员行政道德建设这一途径对提高对煤矿安全生产管理质量的意义。
