目的减轻医院静配中心首批配置高峰压力,统筹安排药品配送时间,减轻护理人员首批给药高峰压力,提高给药效率,保障给药安全。方法研发静配输液批次系统,依托静配中心的扫描信息系统进行数据跟踪,通过数据统计分析,检验系统运行成效。结果批次系统上线后,首批输液准时出科的科室占比提高约31%,需人工调整批次的输液比例下降约7%。结论批次系统的使用,改善了静配中心输液批次的混乱现象,保证了静脉输液用药的安全合理,大大提高了静配中心的工作效率。
Objective To relieve the pressure of the first batch of peak deployment of hospital static allocation center, arrange the delivery time of drugs as a whole, reduce the pressure of the first delivery peak for nursing staffs, improve the administration efficiency and ensure the dosing safety. Methods The research and development of intravenous infusion batch system was carried out, and the data was tracked by the scanning information system of static distribution center. The data of the system was validated through data statistical analysis. Results After the batch system was put online, the proportion of the departments that punctually delivered the first infusion increased by about 31%, and the proportion of infusion requiring manual adjustment decreased by about 7%. Conclusion The use of batch system has improved the confusion of intravenous infusion batches in the static center and ensured the safety and reasonableness of intravenous infusion and greatly improved the working efficiency of the static center.
