葫芦岛市作为辽宁省西南部经济欠发达地区,近年来招商引资工作有所突破,呈现出招商活动多、引资数量大幅增加、千万元以上的大项目明显增多等特点。但引资的产业结构不合理、思想认识不到位、重数量轻质量、引资效率不高、项目履约率和资金到位率低、投资环境不佳等问题依然存在。进一步明确引资导向,拓宽招商渠道,改善投资环境,增强自身吸引力是今后葫芦岛市招商引资工作的重点。本文主要围绕葫芦岛市招商引资工作存在的问题进行了分析,并且重点提出了加强葫芦岛市招商引资工作的对策与建议。
Huludao City, as an underdeveloped region in the southwestern part of Liaoning Province, has made breakthroughs in attracting investment in recent years and has shown many features of attracting investment, a substantial increase in the amount of foreign investment, and a marked increase in large projects over 10 million yuan. However, the industrial structure of attracting foreign investment is irrational, the ideological understanding is not in place, the quantity of light weight, the efficiency of attracting investment, the low rate of project compliance and funding, and the poor investment environment still exist. To further clarify the guiding principle of attracting foreign investment, broaden investment channels, improve investment environment and enhance its own attractiveness are the key points for future investment attraction work in Huludao City. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in Huludao City’s investment promotion work and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the investment attraction in Huludao City.
