基于晋华宫矿浅埋近距离煤层7-4#煤8709工作面开采出上覆遗留煤柱的工程背景,以FLAC3D模拟软件模拟了近距离煤层工作面出煤柱时,覆岩垂向应力时空演化规律。结果表明:工作面在推进至距煤柱边界-12.5~0 m时,工作面覆岩垂直压应力值先急剧增大后缓慢减小;在距煤柱边界-5 m时应力集中系数达到最大值2.22,此时工作面极易发生大面积冒顶,甚至压架事故。
Based on the engineering background of mining overlying coal pillar in 770 # coal seam of 7-4 # coal in shallow and close coal seam in Jinhuagong Mine, FLAC3D simulation software was used to simulate the coal pillar in the coal seam with close distance, Evolutionary law. The results show that when the working face is advanced to -12.5 ~ 0 m from the coal pillar boundary, the vertical compressive stress of the overburden rock decreases sharply first and then decreases slowly.
