现在很多企业都意识到了激励的重要性,但是在激励实施过程中存在很多误区:未做到因人而异;只要能满足员工的需要就能有效的激励员工;采取不公平的激励方式;激励就是奖励;“空头支票”等。有效的员工激励就要避免落入这些激励的误区,也就是要遵循一定的原则,同时更要有具体的措施,来实现有效的员工激励。1、激励方式因人而异;2、合理设计薪酬,其次要设计适合员工需要的福利项目;3、体现公平;4、物质奖励与精神奖励相结合,多给员工鼓励,用信任和尊重感动员工。
