目的建立肉制品中柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝等6种合成色素的测定方法。方法采用多波长检测高效液相色谱法,以C18柱分离,甲醇和乙酸氨做流动相梯度洗脱,流速1ml/min,柱温25℃,分别采用6种色素的特征波长做检测波长。结果线性范围为1~50mg/ml;6种色素标准曲线线性回归系数都>0.999,检出限为0.11~0.21 mg/kg,加标回收率为95.26%~100.04%。结论该方法操作快速简便,灵敏度高,可以同时完成肉制品中6种色素的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 6 synthetic pigments, including lemon yellow, amaranth, carmine, sunset yellow, seductive red and brilliant blue in meat products. Methods Multi-wavelength detection of high performance liquid chromatography with C18 column separation, methanol and ammonia as the mobile phase gradient elution, flow rate 1ml / min, column temperature 25 ℃, respectively, the detection wavelength of six kinds of pigmentation wavelength. The linear range was 1 ~ 50mg / ml. The linear regression coefficients of six standard curves were all> 0.999. The detection limits were 0.11 ~ 0.21 mg / kg. The recoveries were 95.26% -100.04%. Conclusion The method is fast and easy to operate with high sensitivity and can simultaneously determine 6 kinds of pigments in meat products.
