Objectives To understand the newly discovered HIV / AIDS patients (HIV / AIDS patients) and the first CD + 4T lymphocytes (CD4 cells for short) currently living in Chaoyang District of Beijing from 2012 to 2014, Detection and timely testing. Methods Using the case report card database and follow-up database in the integrated AIDS prevention and control information system, the related data were statistically analyzed. Results From January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2014, a total of 1325 newly diagnosed HIV / AIDS cases were found in Chaoyang District of Beijing. Among them, 93.3% of the HIV / AIDS cases were tested on CD4 cells, including timely (within 7 days ) Accounted for 42.2% of CD4 cell tests. From 2012 to 2014, the newly discovered HIV / AIDS cases currently living in Chaoyang District, the proportion of timely detection of CD4 cells continue to rise. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the diagnosis time, household registration outside the province as well as on-the-job or on-the-job were the factors influencing the timely detection of CD4 cells. In addition, newly diagnosed HIV-infected individuals who receive timely CD4 cell tests have a higher proportion of AIDS diagnoses. Conclusion Once HIV positive was detected, mobilization of CD4 cells immediately for its detection was of great positive significance for the timely clinical treatment of AIDS. AIDS prevention and treatment should be stepped up for non-registered population and provide more flexible CD4 cell testing time to improve the timeliness of the first CD4 cell test in HIV-infected patients.
