１９８６年１月至１９９２年１２月我们对２０５例直肠癌进行了根治性外科治疗。本文就其术后局部复发进行了随访和分析，结果：２０５例中６８例局部复发，占３３．１７％，复发时间从术后３个月到６２个月，６１例（８９．７１％）发生在术后３年内。局部复发与手术方式和病理类型无明显联系，而与肿瘤的病期、原发瘤所在部位以及远端肠管切除范围密切相关。我们认为早期手术和获得一个较为广泛的无瘤切缘是预防局部复发的关键。
From January 1986 to December 1992, we performed radical surgical treatment of 205 cases of rectal cancer. In this paper, the local recurrence after its operation was followed up and analyzed. Results: Of the 205 cases, 68 cases had local recurrence, accounting for 33.17%. The recurrence time ranged from 3 months to 62 months after surgery and 61 cases (89.71%). Occurred within 3 years after surgery. Local recurrence was not significantly associated with the surgical approach and pathological type, but was closely related to the stage of the tumor, the location of the primary tumor, and the extent of distal resection of the bowel. We believe that early surgery and obtaining a more extensive tumor-free margin is the key to preventing local recurrence.
