On August 28, Longshan County NPC Standing Committee heard and reviewed the report of the county people’s government on the operation of the new rural cooperative medical system. This is the fifth time that the Standing Committee of Longshan County People’s Congress deliberated on the new-type rural cooperative medical care. Longshan County, the new rural cooperative medical care work started in 2007, has been six years. In order to bring this popular project to reality, the Standing Committee of Longshan County People’s Congress listened to and reviewed reports on the operation of the NCMS every year for the first four years and summed up the experience continuously to push the NCMS work on a standardized path and ensure a limited
