国务院前不久批转了三部委《关于深化收入分配制度改革的若干意见》(以下简称《意见》),经过较长时间的酝酿,收入分配制度改革终于迈出了重要的一步。收入分配改革涉及方方面面利益调整,是一项十分艰巨复杂的系统工程,改革之难不言而喻。
Not long ago, the State Council approached the three ministries and commissions some Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Income Distribution System (hereinafter referred to as Opinions). After a long period of deliberations, the reform of the income distribution system has finally taken an important step. The reform of income distribution involves the readjustment of interests in all aspects. It is a very arduous and complex systematic project. The difficulty of reform is self-evident.
