对于工作和生活中的废纸,我们通常的处理方式是将废纸收集起来,通过回收站这样一个中间环节,转卖到相关工厂进行再造。近日,Epson公司设计出一款纸张循环再造机——PaperLab,让用户可以自己完成废纸再造工作,节约了时间和成本。PaperLab可以将废纸纤维化,然后重新压制、粘贴并生成新的纸张。相比以往的造纸技术,该设备在生产过程中仅需少量水分维持机器湿度即可。据介绍,该机器每分钟能够完成14张纸的再制造工作,8个小时就可以生产6720张纸。
For the work and life of waste paper, we usually deal with the collection of waste paper, through the middle of a recycle bin, resale to the relevant factories for recycling. Recently, Epson Corporation designed a paper recycling machine - PaperLab, so that users can complete their own waste paper recycling, saving time and cost. PaperLab can fibrillate waste paper and then re-press, pasting and creating new paper. Compared to the past papermaking technology, the equipment only needs a little moisture in the production process to maintain the machine humidity. According to reports, the machine can complete 14 re-manufacturing of paper per minute, 8 hours can produce 6720 sheets of paper.
