[目的]建立金栀洁龈含漱液中栀子苷的高效液相色谱法(ＨＰＬＣ)含量测定方法。[方法]采用ＳｕｐｅｌｃｏｓｉｌＴＭＬＣ－１８(１５０ｍｍ×４．６ｍｍ,５μｍ)为分析柱,以甲醇－水－磷酸(２５:７５:０．１２)为流动相,检测波长２４０ｎｍ。【结果】栀子苷进样量在０．１７５~ｌ．８４μｇ范围内线性关系良好(ｒ＝０．９９９９),平均加样回收率为９９．９３%(ＫＲＳＤ＝ｌ．１６%)。[结论]该法可用于金栀洁龈含漱液质量控制。
[Objective] To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of jasminoidin in Jinqijiejing gargle. [Method] SupelcosilTM LC-18 (150mm×4.6mm, 5μm) was used as the analytical column, and methanol-water-phosphoric acid (25:75:0.12) was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 240nm. [Results] The content of jasminoidin was 0.175~l. The linearity was good in the 84 μg range (r=0.9999) and the average recovery was 99.93% (KRSD=1.16%). [Conclusion] This method can be used for the quality control of gold glycosides containing gargle.
