本文研究了4-甲基-2-氨基苯并噻唑改进合成新工艺,将邻甲基苯硫脲溶于三氯甲烷中,然后通入氯气,液相色谱跟踪至原料剩余4%~5%左右(面积归一含量),此时多氯杂质尚未产生(或小于0.1%),停止通氯。剩余原料经处理回到下次反应体系当中。此工艺既提高了收率(原料转化率),也提高了产品的质量,平均收率大于97%,纯度达98.7%。
