目的探讨1.5TMR肝脏三维容积快速扫描(LAVA)技术在肝脏良、恶性病变中的应用价值。资料与方法对78例肝脏病变患者分别进行平扫和LAVA扫描,观察LAVA各期的影像表现,分析病灶的强化规律及血供关系。结果78例中53例拟诊为恶性肿瘤,与手术、穿刺病理结果及实验室检查比较,诊断符合率为96.2%(51/53);25例良性患者诊断符合率为92%(23/25)。结论LAVA技术能够清晰地显示肝脏病变的各期动态变化及血供,结合平扫,对肝脏良、恶性病变的定性诊断以及治疗有重要指导意义。
Objective To investigate the value of 1.5T MR LAVA in detecting benign and malignant liver lesions. Materials and Methods 78 patients with liver disease were scanned by plain scan and LAVA respectively. The imaging manifestations of LAVA were observed, and the enhancement rules and blood supply were analyzed. Results Fifty-three of 78 patients were diagnosed as malignant tumor. The diagnostic coincidence rate was 96.2% (51/53) compared with the results of surgery, puncture pathology and laboratory tests. The diagnostic coincidence rate of 25 benign patients was 92% (23/25) ). Conclusion LAVA can clearly show the dynamic changes of liver lesions and blood supply, combined with plain scan, which has important guiding significance for the qualitative diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant liver lesions.
