渗硼是一项新的化学热处理工艺,近几年来受到普遍重视,并应用在机械制造中。渗硼层具有很高的硬度(HV1200~2000公斤/毫米~2)、热硬性、抗腐蚀性等,它的耐磨性远非一般硬化层可以比拟,因此,最近国内很多单位也开始对渗硼工艺、组织、性能进行了研究和探讨。我们在吸取兄弟单位经验的基础上对低碳钢、20钢、45钢、滚珠轴承钢GCr15、高合金模具钢3Cr_2W_8、Cr12MoV,进行了非电解盐浴渗硼的试验,发现了一些组织异常,并进行了分析,现综述如下:
