为使家居装饰设计符合国家建设部和上海市建设行政主管部门有关规定,不久前上海市家庭装饰行业协会对从事家居设计的设计师提出以下“十不准”: 1.不得在外墙扩大或缩小原有门窗洞口尺寸或者另开门窗; 2.墙体拆建不得拆除连接阳台门窗的墙体,特别是钢筋混凝土剪力墙,以至破坏结构。也不得擅自封闭阳台,改变阳台的受力形式;
