团结拼搏的集体天津市轻工业设计院座落在海河之滨长江道上,一片郁郁葱葱的小树林环绕着设计院。林不大而茂盛;楼不高而秀雅。天津市轻工业设计院办公楼是1980年采用“无模浇注框架轻型建筑体系”、用29种新型建筑材料建在一片沼泽地上的,这在当时实在是设计人员大胆的创举,并称之为第一代框架式轻型建筑。如今,这个院已从第一代框架式轻型建筑体系开发到第四代即异型柱框架式轻型节能建筑体系,得到了建筑业和学术界广泛的认可和赞许,其实施范围也从天津市扩展到全国10多个省、市、自治区,年创社会生产产值10多亿元。从建院至今,天津市轻工业设计院已走过了39年的风雨历程,
The united and hard-working collective Tianjin Light Industry Design Institute is located on the Yangtze River Road on the banks of the Hai River. A lush grove surrounds the design institute. Lin is small and lush; the floor is not high and elegant. The office building of the Tianjin Light Industry Design Institute was built in 1980 using a “light-weight construction system without mold-casting frame” and was built on 29 marshy grounds using 29 new building materials. At that time, it was a bold initiative for designers and it was called For the first generation of frame-type light buildings. Today, the Institute has evolved from the first-generation framework-type lightweight building system to the fourth-generation lightweight energy-saving building system with special-shaped column frames. It has been widely recognized and praised by the construction industry and academic circles, and its scope of implementation has also expanded from Tianjin. To more than 10 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions throughout the country, the annual production value of social production is more than 1 billion yuan.
