为了提高小学体育教师的业务水平,适应学校体育工作发展的新形势,密云县教育局、体委举办了四期以学习《国家体育锻炼标准》为主的小学体育教师训练班。体训班共十六天,每期四天。参加这次训练班的有十七个学区的小学体育教师共80名。这次办班的特点是:领导重视、目的明确、组织严密、内容丰富,达到了时间短、见效快的预期目的,反映较好。密云县共有小学体育教师216人,其中,学过体育专业知识的仅占5％左右,95％以上的是半路改行的,而且青年教师
In order to improve the professional level of PE teachers in primary schools and to adapt to the new situation of the development of PE in schools, Miyun County Bureau of Education and the Commission of Physical Education held four training courses for primary school PE teachers focusing on the study of “National Physical Training Standards”.
