建设节约型社会,实现社会经济和自然环境的可持续发展,是我国在21世纪的重要工作。由于水泥工业是资源、能源依赖型产业,所以在建设节约型社会中,水泥工业必需作好节能减排工作。一个水泥生产技术水平及产品特性在很大程度上决定于设计阶段,因此水泥工程的设计者对水泥工业的节能减排工作负有重要的责任。
To build a conservation-oriented society and achieve sustainable social, economic and environmental development is an important task for our country in the 21st century. As the cement industry is a resource-dependent industry, in the construction of a conservation-oriented society, the cement industry must make energy-saving emission reduction work. A level of cement production technology and product characteristics are largely determined by the design phase, so cement designers have an important responsibility for energy saving and emission reduction in the cement industry.
