[目的]研究周剂量多西紫杉醇(TXT)联合顺铂(DDP)、氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)持续滴注二线治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和不良反应。[方法]32例晚期胃癌患者接受DCF方案二线化疗:TXT30mg/m2,d1,8,15,DDP25mg/m2,d1～3,5-Fu500mg/m2持续静脉滴注,d1～5,28d为1个周期。至少完成2个周期后评价有效率、不良反应、疾病进展时间(TTP)和总生存时间(OS)。[结果]32例患者均可评价疗效,客观缓解率21.9%(7/32),中位TTP及OS分别为2.7个月和7.6个月。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应和脱发。[结论]周剂量TXT联合DDP、5-Fu持续滴注二线治疗晚期胃癌疗效显著,不良反应可以耐受。
[Objective] To investigate the efficacy and side effects of weekly doses of docetaxel (TXT) combined with cisplatin (DDP) and 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) in the second-line treatment of advanced gastric cancer. [Methods] Thirty-two patients with advanced gastric cancer underwent second-line chemotherapy with DCF regimen: TXT30mg / m2, d1,8,15, DDP25mg / m2 and d1 ~ 3,5-Fu500mg / cycle. Efficacy, adverse reactions, disease progression time (TTP), and overall survival (OS) were assessed after at least 2 cycles were completed. [Results] The curative effect was evaluated in all 32 cases. The objective response rate was 21.9% (7/32). The median TTP and OS were 2.7 months and 7.6 months respectively. The main adverse reactions were myelosuppression, gastrointestinal reactions and hair loss. [Conclusion] The weekly dose of TXT combined with DDP and 5-Fu continuous infusion of second-line treatment of advanced gastric cancer significant effect, adverse reactions can be tolerated.
