大数据被称为将引发生活、工作和思维变革的一次革命。从本质上看,大数据是人们观察记录现实的信息化工具。从实际出发是军队政治工作科学化的根本原则。大数据技术为我们观察、认识客观实际,全面具体获得所需信息,提供了新的工具支持。利用数据化促进政治工作科学化,需要运用马克思主义的立场观点方法,辩证认识大数据及其对我军政治工作的价值,既要看到大数据的优长,也要看到大数据的局限;既要利用大数据,也要利用中小数据。要善于将传统调查研究方法与信息化技术有机融合,通过数据化建设提升政治工作科学化水平。
Big data is said to revolutionize life, work and thinking. In essence, big data is an informational tool for people to observe and record the reality. Starting from reality, it is the fundamental principle for the scientific work of the army’s political work. Big data technology provides us with new tools to observe, understand objective reality, fully and specifically obtain the required information. The use of data to promote the scientific work of politics requires the use of Marxist position and point of view methods to dialectically understand the significance of big data and its value to the political work of our military. It is necessary to see the advantages of big data as well as the limitations of big data ; It is necessary to use big data, but also to use small and medium data. We should be good at organic integration of traditional investigation and research methods and information technology, and promote the scientific level of political work through data construction.
