安徽大学经济法制研究中心源于1993年成立的安徽大学法学研究所和2002年4月成立的安徽大学经济法研究中心。2002年9月,在整合这两个专门研究机构的基础上正式成立了安徽大学经济法制研究中心,作为专门研究经济法制问题的学术机构并申报安徽省高校人文社会科学重点研究基地,并于2003年10月正式获得批准。中心的首任主任为法学博士王源扩教授,现任主任为法学博士、博士后王先林教授。中心建立了主要由校外专家组成的学术委员会,学术委员会主任由王源扩教授担任。
Anhui University Economic Law Research Center was founded in 1993 by Anhui University Law Institute and established in April 2002, Anhui University Economic Law Research Center. In September 2002, based on the integration of these two specialized research institutes, the Economic Law Research Center of Anhui University was formally established as an academic institution devoted to the study of economic legal system and the key research base of humanities and social sciences of colleges and universities in Anhui Province. In 2003 October was officially approved. The first director of the center is Professor Wang Yuanyu, JD, and the current director is JD and postdoctoral Professor Wang Xianlin. The center has established an academic committee mainly composed of experts from outside the university. The director of the academic committee is Professor Wang Yuanhan.
