１９９５年江苏省６６６６．７ｈｍ２以上移栽地膜棉示范县（市）结果表明，移栽地膜棉单产比露地移栽棉增１３．１％～１６．５％。移栽地膜棉的伏前桃、伏桃和早秋桃的比例在８３％～９０％之间，售棉品级和衣分分别比露地移栽棉高０．１～１．０级和１～２个百分点。在扣除地膜和铺膜用工成本后，移栽地膜棉公顷产值比露地移栽棉高１８３０～４０２０元。移栽地膜棉具有提高土壤温度和保墒、提墒的作用
