柴苓汤是经方小柴胡汤与五苓散的合方,功效为和解少阳,健脾渗湿。研究业已证实它具有生物反应调节(BRM)作用,即免疫调节作用~([1]),故被广泛运用于免疫相关性疾病的治疗。因其疗效肯定、制造技术严格、质量评价可靠,90年代初日本(津村)柴苓汤率先被美国食品医药管理局(FDA)承认,并签发了I临床实施许可证(IND)。近年来,日本有关柴苓汤对免疫相关性疾病的药理作用和临床研究屡见报道,现作简要介绍。1基础研究
