玉米种子胚较大,并含较高的脂肪,在夏季高温高湿条件下,会迅速衰老,降低活力和发芽率。为了探讨玉米杂交种度夏安全贮藏的技术措施,我们借用闲置的原战备山洞仓库,连续3年(2003~2005年)贮藏玉米杂交种子,试图为玉米杂交种子安全越夏贮藏提供一定的科学依据。1材料与方法1.1试材试材采用我市内推广面积较大的玉米杂交种沈单16号、辽丹933、三北六号、富友一号、沈玉17、农大108、连玉15号等7个组合,试材一律是2002年收获的新种子,原始发芽率均在85%以上,水分16%。种子是由凤城市叆阳镇农科站提供。
