宁波绿地中心采用带加强层的型钢混凝土框架+钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构体系,结构整体稳定性是关键问题。根据结构实际刚度和荷载分布情况,采用了等效临界屈曲荷载系数和等效侧向刚度的修正算法,分析了结构整体稳定性。整体线性屈曲分析和几何非线性屈曲分析也进一步验证了结构具有可靠的整体稳定性。设计中利用结构屋面放置的消防水箱,将其改造成调谐液体阻尼器(TLD)。分析计算了TLD自振周期、质量比等参数,介绍了其设计方法和步骤。参考了相关文献,计算得到TLD对高层建筑顺风向脉动风振反应控制效果的等效结构阻尼比,从而求得TLD对主体结构的减振效果。
Ningbo Green Center uses reinforced concrete frame with steel reinforced concrete core tube mixed structure system, the overall structural stability is the key issue. According to the actual stiffness and load distribution of the structure, the equivalent critical buckling load coefficient and the equivalent lateral stiffness correction algorithm are adopted to analyze the overall stability of the structure. The overall linear buckling analysis and geometric nonlinear buckling analysis further verify that the structure has a reliable overall stability. The design uses a fire-rated water tank placed on a structural roof that is modified to tune the liquid damper (TLD). The parameters of TLD, such as natural period, mass ratio, etc, are analyzed and analyzed, and the design methods and steps are introduced. With reference to related literatures, the equivalent structural damping ratio of TLD on the effect of downwind pulsating wind-induced vibration response of high-rise buildings was calculated, and the damping effect of TLD on the main structure was obtained.
