日前,国务院下发的《关于进一步加强淘汰落后产能工作的通知》指出,2010年底前关闭不具备安全生产条件、不符合产业政策、浪费资源、污染环境的小煤矿8 000处,淘汰产能2亿t,完成“十一五”小煤矿关闭任务,争取在2010年底把全国小煤矿数量控制在1万处以下。目前,全国小煤矿主要集中在山西、黑龙江、重庆、四川、贵州等地。
