一九九八年十二月二十九日川府发[1998]87号省政府同意省财政厅《关于进一步加强省级政府财政经济发展资金管理的意见》,现批转给你们,请遵照执行。为加强资金的管理,决定设立四川省省级政府经济发展资金管理委员会,由副省长张中伟任主任,下设工业、农业、财源、投资四个专业委员会,分别由副省长王金祥、敬正书、张中伟、邹广严担任专业委员会主任,省政府有关部门和财政厅为各专业委员会成员,资金管理委员会办公室设在省财政厅,不新增机构和编制。
