自从开始生产球墨铸铁以来,铸造行业就研究迅速予测球墨铸铁球墨化程度的方法。迄今曾试验了许多方法,但是没有一种方法能满足迅速、简单、价廉且十分精确等必要条件。也有的提出利用标准的冷却曲线来测定,但不能实际应用。本文介绍了用特别设计的取样杯的冷却曲线予测球墨化程度的方法。此种取样杯的设计使铸铁凝固的导热性对取样杯的部分冷却曲线产生很大影响。直接连接于热电偶信号的计算机判读该冷却曲线,可在取样后三分钟内予测铸铁球墨化程度。
Since the beginning of the production of ductile iron, the foundry industry has studied the method of rapidly predicting the degree of nodularization of ductile iron. So far many methods have been tested, but none of them meets the necessary conditions of being quick, simple, inexpensive and very accurate. Some also proposed the use of standard cooling curve to determine, but not practical. This article describes the use of specially designed sampling cup cooling curve to predict the degree of balling method. The design of such a sampling cup allows the solidification of cast iron thermal conductivity of the sampling cup part of the cooling curve have a significant impact. Directly connected to the thermocouple signal computer to interpret the cooling curve can be cast within three minutes to predict the extent of the ball of iron.
