针对目前输电设备利用份额单向分配方法的不足,建立了全网用户共同分担输电设备利用份额的新模式。根据潮流标注图上不存在有向回路的定理,基于电流追踪数学模型,利用图论方法进行计算。对不同电源之间或不同负荷之间及电源与负荷之间对同一支路的利用份额的差别,提出了发电机和负荷共同分摊输电设备利用份额的方法。这种改进后的算法减少甚至消除了电网用户间的相互补贴现象。通过对5节点系统进行仿真研究,验证了所提方法的有效性。所用算法不仅可用于输电设备利用份额的计算,也可用于网损分摊问题的计算,这表明该方法在输电定价的研究中有广泛的应用前景。
Aiming at the shortages of the current one-way allocation of transmission equipment utilization share, a new mode of sharing the transmission equipment utilization share of all users in the whole network is established. According to the theorem that there is no directed loop in the trend annotation graph, based on the current tracking mathematical model, the graph theory method is used to calculate. The difference between the share of the same branch between different power sources or between different loads and between the power source and the load is put forward. The method that the generator and the load jointly share the utilization share of the power transmission equipment is proposed. This improved algorithm reduces or even eliminates mutual subsidies among grid users. By simulating 5-node system, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified. The proposed algorithm not only can be used to calculate the share of transmission equipment utilization, but also can be used to calculate the problem of loss sharing, which shows that this method has a wide range of applications in the study of transmission pricing.
