近年来,“金新月”毒品向我国渗透的势头凶猛,现实危害明显加剧。“金三角”和“金新月”两大毒源地的渗透活动因入境发展历程各异、地理环境和政治背景差异较大而有着明显的区别。“金新月”地区毒品渗透活动经过几年的发展,已发生了质的变化,即由潜在威胁变为现实危害,对新疆渗透态势已由中转站逐渐向中转站、集散地和消费地并存发展,并将进入持续活跃期。我们必须强化情报工作和专案侦查,积极推动本区域与国际禁毒合作等侦查措施,以提高打击“金新月”毒品的主动进攻能力。
In recent years, the momentum of “Golden Crescent” drug infiltration into our country has been fierce. The actual harm has been apparently intensified. The infiltration activities of the Golden Triangle, Golden Crescent and the two major sources of poison have obvious differences because of their different development histories and differences in geographical environment and political background. After several years of development, drug permeation activities in Jin Crescent have undergone a qualitative change that has changed from a potential threat to a real danger. The infiltration situation in Xinjiang has gradually shifted from the transfer station to transfer stations, distribution centers and consumer areas Co-exist development, and will enter a period of sustained activity. We must step up intelligence work and special case investigations and actively promote reconnaissance measures such as drug control cooperation in the region and the rest of the world so as to enhance the initiative of attacking the “Golden Crescent” drugs.
