教师的职业生涯规划是是教师实现自己价值的一个有效的、较快的途径,是实现学校发展和学生发展的重要手段。本文就未来高中教师的职业规划设计做出简要的阐述。
Teachers’ career planning is an effective and quick way for teachers to realize their own value, and is an important means to realize the development of the school and the development of students. This article gives a brief account of the career planning and design of high school teachers in the future.
