煤炭企业政工工作在履行这一职责的现实着眼点,应在问题导向下来进行寻找。也只有了明确了该项工作的现实着眼点,才能使我们正确认识到退休管理部门政工工作的价值与意义。通过分析现实着眼点包括:关注退休人员的精神世界和实际困难。为此,实践路径可以从:增强政工干部的岗位自觉、夯实政工工作的内容形式、建立政工工作的评价机制等三个方面来展开。
The reality of the political work of coal enterprises in fulfilling this responsibility should be carried out under the guidance of the problems. Only when we have clearly defined the reality of this work can we correctly recognize the value and significance of the work of political work in the retirement administration. Focusing on the analysis of reality includes: focusing on the spiritual world of retirees and practical difficulties. Therefore, the path of practice can be started from three aspects: enhancing job awareness of political cadres, consolidating the content form of political work and establishing the evaluation mechanism of political work.
