新闻出版总署日前印发《关于进一步推进新闻出版体制改革的指导意见》(下称《指导意见》)。《指导意见》第一次明确指出,鼓励和支持非公有资本以多种形式进入政策许可的领域;积极支持条件成熟的出版传媒企业,特别是跨地区的出版传媒企业上市融资。这对推进新闻出版体制改革,加快新闻出版事业和产业发展无疑是一个重大决策,业界对此充满了期待。史坦国际(StanChina)总裁苏纲宪先生致力于传媒战略、特别是传媒投融资理论与实践的研究,他指出
The Press and Publication Administration recently issued the Guiding Opinions on Further Promoting the Reform of the Press and Publication System (Guidance Opinion).
