目的研究舒心降脂片联合经颅超声溶栓治疗仪治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床疗效。方法 122例颈部动脉粥样硬化患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各61例。研究组给予舒心降脂片联合脑超声波治疗,对照组给予常规治疗。分析两组脂肪斑块治疗效果。结果治疗的第0、6、12个月两组各斑块类型的数量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者治疗后血管疾病例数明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒心降脂片与脑超声波治疗能明显消融或减少颈动脉脂肪斑块,控制血管狭窄,预防缺血性脑血管病的发生,值得临床应用。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Shuxinjiangzhi Tablet combined with transcranial ultrasound thrombolysis in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaques. Methods A total of 122 patients with neck atherosclerosis were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 61 cases in each group. Study group given Shuxin lipid-lowering tablets combined with brain ultrasound treatment, the control group given conventional treatment. Analysis of two groups of fat plaque treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the number of plaque types between the two groups at 0, 6 and 12 months (P> 0.05). The number of patients with vascular disease after treatment in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Shuxin lipid-lowering tablets and brain ultrasound can obviously ablate or reduce the plaque of carotid artery, control the stenosis of blood vessel and prevent the occurrence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, which is worthy of clinical application.
