The Provincial People’s Committee agreed in principle with the Department of Finance of the Province (Draft) on Adjusting the Scope of Taxes in Rural Areas and Taxing Supply and Marketing Cooperatives and Handicrafts Cooperation Organizations. I am sending it to you now and hopefully we will try our best to make it into practice. We will report to the Provincial Department of Finance in time for the pilot’s experience and problems discovered.
