在数字环境下,知识产权保护引发的一系列新问题已成为数字图书馆工程研发过程中遇到的一个重要障碍。在知识产权保护制度下,需要平衡权利人的利益和公众的利益,使知识产权保护不会直接影响到数字图书馆的建设,不会阻碍图书馆各项职能的发挥。
In the digital environment, a series of new problems triggered by intellectual property protection have become an important obstacle in the development of digital library projects.
