利用有限差分法开发了棒线材热轧温度场预报系统。该系统综合考虑了变形、冷却及摩擦等因素,且具有轧制及冷却工艺可调、参数化输入、图形化输出等优点;系统通过Excel表进行数据的输入与输出。为了对该系统进行验证,本文将某钢厂高线实测温度与该系统预报值进行了对比,结果表明两者吻合较好。本系统为棒线材工艺布置及新产品的开发提供了计算依据。
The finite element method was used to develop a hot strip rolling temperature field forecasting system. The system considers the factors of deformation, cooling and friction, and has the advantages of adjustable rolling and cooling process, parameterized input and graphical output. The system inputs and outputs data through the Excel table. In order to validate the system, the paper compares the measured temperature of a steel mill with the predicted value of the system, and the results show that the two agree well with each other. The system provides the basis for the calculation of bar and wire technology layout and new product development.
