患者女性,31岁,孕2产1,因孕14周行引产术而入院。超声检查:单胎,双顶径24mm,头臀径85mm,胎心及胎动好,头颅光环完整呈椭园形,脊柱连续光滑。于胎儿颈背部向后凸起一肿物,大小为49×23×22mm,内呈液性暗区,透声好,其轮廓清晰,壁光滑纤细。超声诊断:胎儿囊性水瘤。引产后见:胎儿颞部耳以下、枕部及颈部有一囊性包块,壁薄,外观透明,头颅及脊柱未见异常。
Female patient, 31 years old, 2 pregnant 1, due to pregnancy 14 weeks induction of labor and admission. Ultrasound examination: single fetus, biparietal diameter 24mm, buttocks diameter 85mm, fetal heart rate and fetal movement, the head was a complete oval-shaped halo, continuous and smooth spine. Back in the back of the neck of a fetus raised a tumor, the size of 49 × 23 × 22mm, was liquid dark area, sound through, the outline of a clear, slender smooth walls. Ultrasound diagnosis: Fetal cystic tumor. See after induction of labor: fetus temporal ear below the occipital and neck have a cystic mass, thin wall, the appearance of transparent, no abnormalities in the skull and spine.
