“非编合同制人员”遍布于学校的各种岗位,为高等教育事业发展起着不可替代的作用。本文就“非编合同制人员”人事档案现状、构建其人事档案的必要性以及如何构建等问题进行了探讨。
“Non-contract staff ” all over the school in various positions, for the development of higher education plays an irreplaceable role. This paper discusses the status quo of personnel files, the necessity of building their personnel files and how to construct them.
