输气站场输送的是高压天然气,属易燃易爆危险场所,一旦发生天然气大面积泄漏、火灾、爆炸等突发事件,将会造成极其严重的人员或财产损失。因此,输气站场人员必须具有快速反应、准确应对、有效处置的岗位能力。而这种岗位能力则必须通过不断的开展应急培训,反复进行应急演练来加以强化,使员工能将应急处置的要点变成在突发事件中的习惯、本能反应。可见,提高岗位员工应急培训和应急演练的质量,是提升应急能力的关键。
